For the third set of Maxime’s first shoot we moved down into the studio where we shot some more traditional black & white artistic nudes.

This is my favourite lighting set up to use for this style of photography which consists of two Profoto studio flash heads with strip softboxes attached, positioned to either side and behind Maxime and angled back slightly towards the camera position. This gives a lovely wrap around light which highlights all the curves and angles in her body. I often keep the shadows in front very dark but in this case decided to lighten them up slightly to give more detail and effectively show off more of Maxime’s amazing body.
