I was wondering if you were interested in what I was doing, as I might be a potential source of content for your site, and I am a photographer that shoots a lot of European nude models which might appeal to your members.

I probably should get a privacy policy on there somewhere, you are right about that. As for 2257, this website isn’t hosted in the US and the owner/runner of it (me!) is not a US citizen so from what I’ve read it’s not needed.

I too am non US but still have a 2257 statement as my site can be accessed there.
I do not want to give the authorities any excuse for blocking the site.
If you google 2257, privacy and terms you will find templates that are easily adapted to any site.
First off although I do have model releases and ID for all models on my site and all models are over 18, they travel with me in digital form, and I travel a lot, so there is no real fixed address people can view them at. Secondly I find the USA’s efforts to control the world and make everyone do as they do to be highly distasteful, so on principal alone I’m not going to bend over and conform to some unnecessary bullshit the USA wants to press on the whole world just because it thinks it can.
